Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Return Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days

If a return order takes longer than 3 business days to process, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00AM-9:00PM (EST).

Return orders submitted after 9:00PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day and orders submitted after 9:00PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed on weekends.

Return Validity Period: 14 natural days

Bowsmakers.com supports returns within 14 natural days without any reason.

If this period is exceeded, we may not be able to process your return request.

Return and Exchange Criteria

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following points:

Returns and exchanges need to be made within 14 natural days of signing for the bow maker.

Returned bow maker must be in its original intact condition and come with all original packaging, accessories and tags.

There must be no signs of human damage or abnormal use.

It does not affect secondary sales.

Requesting a Return

If you need to return an item, please contact Bothe Marcey at [email protected] to request a return within 14 natural days of the return expiration date.

In your e-mail, please provide your order number, your contact details and a detailed description of the reason for your return.

Alternatively, you can find the order you wish to return on the order details page and submit your return request, which will be acknowledged as soon as possible.

Returns Process

If you decide to return your product within 14 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:

Pack the bow maker in its original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.

Send the bow maker to 102 Fidelity Blvd, Raleigh, North Carolina.
Once shipped, please send us the logistics information and courier receipt number via email at [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

If you choose to return your bow maker due to a quality or shipping issue (such as receiving a broken bow maker), shipping costs will be covered by Bowsmakers.com.

If the bow maker is returned because the customer personally does not like the bow maker received (color or style), or the photo is incorrect, etc., shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned bow maker arrives at Bowsmakers.com's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund Amount Return Time: 1-2 business days

If you haven't received the refund after 2 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

We do not charge for the second listing.
